Apple again, huh? Yes. I’m trying to use the rest of my pureed apple before it goes to waste. I really need to start canning my jars! I’m looking to buy the canning supplies so I can preserve my produce!
What you’ll need:
4 chicken thighs, skin-on1 1/2 heaping tbsp whole grain mustard
2 tbsp pureed apple
1 tsp raw honey
1/2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried sage
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1) Preheat oven to 350F.
2) In a small bowl, combine everything but the chicken. Mix well.
3) Place the chickens in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
4) Pour the mustard mixture over the chickens and coat well.
5) Bake in the oven for about 1 hour or until skin becomes crispy.
6) Serve and enjoy!
